How do I know if my form has been submitted or accepted

You will receive an email notification as soon as your form has been submitted to the IRS. You will also receive an email letting you know if the IRS has accepted or rejected your form

How do I get a copy of the form I submitted?

A copy of each form you submit to the IRS will be attached to the email notifying you that the form has been submitted.

What should I do if my form is rejected by the IRS?

If the IRS rejects a form, please contact them directly with any questions. You can then use PDFfiller to modify your form accordingly and submit it again.
